1. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all eligible timepiece orders delivered across Australia. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders undergo mechanical timekeeping accuracy audits, crown gasket checks, bezel alignment inspections, and protective tamper-evident packaging prior to dispatch.
  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Western Australia public holidays).
  • Orders placed over weekends or observed national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days across Australian metropolitan and regional delivery zones via secure carrier networks.
  • Please note that transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on your state destination, remote regional postal routes, seasonal parcel volume peaks, and courier handling for valuable precision instruments.

4. Discreet Packaging & Order Tracking

For your security, all Gilded Dial parcels are dispatched in discreet, unmarked outer packaging with no external indication of luxury contents. Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Depending on parcel value, signature on delivery may be required.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather disruptions, regional transport hub backlogs, or rail/road freight interruptions. Gilded Dial is not liable for external carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
